Black Legacy: Past, Present & Future

The Legacy of Black Americans is truly amazing. There have been thousands whose work, service, inventions and words have changed history. It’s mindboggling to think of how much we, as a nation, owe to them. Even though our public school systems have yet to learn the value of teaching this history to ALL students, we can ensure that our generation and future generations will know the truth about our heritage.
In the meantime, have fun discovering about our ancestors and some of the mindblowing accomplishments they made, share the info with everyone that you know (especially if you know of anyone that has to do a report, direct them here for ideas) and ideally become inspired with their heartfelt stories.
On the links below, you will find profiles of African Americans who made a mark in history and contributed to our Legacy Of Excellence. Some of them, you’ll recognize, others...you may have never heard of. Yet all of them are important figures not just in Black history, yet ALL history.
